Subject: Lift Up Your Heads Forever

Hello Everyone!

This week was very good. Elder Harrigfeld and I were able to work very hard this week. We managed forty lessons in the week which shatters my record. We are currently preparing six for baptism on the 30th, we hope that all will make it of course but we’ll see how it goes. I am especially excited for a couple that we are teaching, Abigail and Godwin. They are progressing well and Godwin even thanked us yesterday for bringing him to Christ’s church. He seemed very happy. I hope that all of us will come to find what is really important in life.

1 Nephi 11:22
22 And I answered him, saying: Yea, it is the love of God, which sheddeth itself abroad in the hearts of the children of men; wherefore, it is the most desirable above all things.

It is important that we do what is necessary so that we may obtain His love and His Light. Three simple things that we invite all men to do is to pray to their Father in Heaven with faith, Read the scriptures (particularly the Book of Mormon), and come to worship Him at His church. Doing those things will invite the Spirit and love of God into the lives of anyone and everyone and it will be that way forever.

2 Nephi 8:3
3 Behold, my beloved brethren, I speak unto you these thing that ye may rejoice, and lift up your heads forever, because of the blessings which the Lord God shall bestow upon your children.

If there is one things that can always help us rejoice is when we have a belief in Christ, and I can testify that the Book of Mormon contains the words of Christ and that it will help anyone come closer to Him.

2 Nephi 32:10
10 And now, my beloved brethren, and also Jew, and all ye ends of the earth, hearken unto these and words and believe in Christ; and if ye believe in these words believe in Christ. And if ye shall believe in Christ ye will believe these words. for they are the words of Christ, and he hath given them unto me; and the teach all men that they should do good.

Have a great week!
