One Month Gone

Tan line

A great week in James Town with two more baptisms.

Some folks who have served in Ghana have mentioned issues with viruses in internet cafes. They have mentioned that SD cards have been rendered unusable. While that may not be the reason we have not received any photos, it was a topic of conversation with Elder Hall recently. Either way, no photos, but he has written to the group.

Well that was quick! For me anyway (sorry mom). Elder Ndala and I had another good week! We baptized Felicia and Ellen this week which was amazing. We have a few more investigators who seem pretty promising for October, particularly Comfort. This was like the quickest month of my existence, it was weird, but great! Earlier this week both of us were sick with colds but we’re feeling a lot better now! I’m excited for this week, largely for General conference this weekend because we get to here our Prophet and Apostles speak which is great. We are also possibly getting three new Apostles this weekend as well which is super exciting, the missionaries here are hoping for an African Apostle. Have a great week

Mosiah 12:22-24

22 Thy watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together shall they sing; for they shall see eye to eye when the Lord shall bring again Zion;

23 Break forth into joy; sing together ye waste places of Jerusalem; for the Lord hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem;

24 The Lord hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations, and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God
