Subject: When It Rains It Pours

Hello everyone!

This week was probably one of the most challenging weeks of my life, but it was still good nonetheless. No new investigators but still plenty to teach. Elder Ndala and I will be together for another transfer as I finish my training. The first transfer just flew by, it was crazy! Jamestown is still as crazy and good as ever. We have a couple of really solid investigators including Augustine and Maxwell. I hope that all of the people that we are teaching may feel Gods influence in their life and have the desire to come unto Him and partake of the happiness that comes from it. I know that this Gospel blesses lives as it has blessed my life and my family so much as well!

I went on exchanges again this week with one of the Zone Leaders, Elder Beck, on Friday. It absolutely poured rain for a few hours and so my shirt is pretty dirty from our bike ride through all the puddles. It’s great though, never did I think I would really willingly bike through flooded streets. The mission provides some pretty good experiences. I am loving the Mission, It’s provided a lot of great experiences so far and I’m sure it will provide plenty more.

Alma 7:23-24

23 And now I would that ye should be humble, and be submissive and gentle; easy to be entreated; full of patience and long-suffering; being temperate in all things; being diligent in keeping the commandments of God at all times; asking for whatsoever things ye stand in need, both spiritual and temporal; always returning thanks unto God for whatsoever things ye do receive.

24 And see that ye have faith, hope, and charity, and then ye will always abound in good works.

Hope you all have a great week! I know I will!

Elder Hall
