Elder Hall Heading to the MTC

Elder Hall left for the Missionary Training Center (MTC) in Tema, Ghana on Wednesday August 19, 2015. We said our farewells and hugged a lot and then watched him walk through security. He has a bit of a trip to get from Tucson to Accra. He went first to Salt Lake City where some very kind friends picked him up and took him to their house. He spent the night with them and then they took him back to the airport at about 6am. Elder Hall met some other elders who were headed to Accra there. They flew together from Salt Lake City to New York, NY. In NY they met some more elders headed to Ghana. Then they hopped on their plane and headed to Accra. They were delayed on the ground about one hour. But they made it to Accra actually about 2 minutes ahead of the scheduled time, about 7 am local time, which is 12am here in Arizona.
