First Day in the Mission Field
Leaving the MTC and ready to get to work in the field!
Today the missionaries left the Ghana MTC and headed into the Ghana Accra Mission. We received a note from the Mission President (Heid) letting us know he made it safely. He also said that they will have a very busy day. Elder Hall said in an email yesterday that he will actually be heading to his area by the end of the day as well. Often the first night in the mission is spent in the mission home. Apparently that is not so in this case. Hopefully next Monday Sept 7, 2015, Elder Hall will be able to email us and tell us where he is. Until then, he is certainly safe and beginning his work in the field!
We did see some photos that were posted on social media showing these missionaries once they arrived at the mission home.
